1. Product Description

FUNGOM 2K Spray Paint is a professional two-component acrylic polyurethane aerosol paint with an internal dual-chamber structure for paint base and hardener. After professional activation and vigorous shaking, the base paint and hardener are fully mixed to initiate chemical cross-linking reaction. It forms a high-density, high-hardness, scratch-resistant and long-life protective coating.

Compared with ordinary single-component spray paint, this 2K cross-curing coating features higher hardness, better toughness, stronger adhesion, excellent weather resistance and color retention. It is widely suitable for metal surface renovation, color modification, finishing and anti-corrosion protection in industrial and automotive fields.

5. Application Instructions

1.    Surface PreparationCompletely remove oil, dust, rust, oxide layer and loose old paint. Ensure the substrate is dry, clean and firm before spraying.

2.    Activation & MixingActivate the internal hardener chamber, then shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes to ensure full mixing of paint and hardener.

3.    Spraying OperationKeep 15–20 cm spraying distance. Use cross spraying method (horizontal and vertical). Apply 2–3 thin coats to avoid sagging.

4.    Recoat IntervalKeep 10–15 minutes interval between each coat at room temperature.

5.    Curing RequirementPlace the finished product in a ventilated environment. Do not scratch, rub or bear load until full 24-hour curing.

7. Storage & Transportation

•       Please finish use within valid pot life once activated and mixed.

8. Safety Precautions
